What we do
We started Hivemind because we saw businesses spending way too much time on social media management—time that could be spent actually running their business.
Our approach is simple: we use Meta's official APIs (Graph API, Instagram Graph API, Marketing API) to handle content publishing, engagement, and advertising for our clients. They grant us access through secure OAuth, we do the work, and they get results without the hassle.
We're registered as a Meta Tech Provider, which means we've been verified as a legitimate business operating on Meta's platforms. It's a requirement for the kind of API access we need to serve our clients properly.

What "Meta Tech Provider" means
Meta Tech Provider is a designation from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) for businesses that use their APIs to provide services to other businesses.
To get this status, we had to verify our business, demonstrate how we use Meta's APIs, and agree to their platform terms. It's basically Meta saying "yes, this is a real company doing legitimate work on our platforms."
For our clients, it means:
- We use official APIs, not sketchy workarounds
- Access is granted through secure OAuth (no password sharing)
- You can revoke our access anytime from your Meta settings
- We're accountable to Meta's platform policies
